I've spent my day reading through cook books and choosing recipes. We don't really eat beef, maybe 2 twice a month? So the things I know how to make with it are limited.

My cousin auctioned off a pig once to help his son raise money for a new saddle. He delivered it to the lucky winner - live. It never occured to him that there are some folks that have no idea how to butcher their own meat.

Back in the day, before I became a "health nut", hamburger helper was one of my favorite things to eat. Maybe I'll buy one box, just for old times sake!
